SCHEDULE
10:00AM - SHOW & SHINE ROLL-IN FOR COMPETITORS
Contestants for the Show and Shine Competition are to start rolling in at 10:00AM and will be directed to the Show & Shine Area for display. Do not be late!
For those that pre-register a week before the event, your trophy class will automatically be added to the trophy list! Dont wait until the event! Pre-register and make sure your trophy class is included!
10:00AM - OPEN LAP TRACKING AND DRAG STRIP BRIEF
Participants that have registered online for the Open Lap Tracking and Drag Strip will be allowed into the facility at 10:00am and directed to the briefing area to go over track rules. People that have not pre-registered will have to wait until the gates open to the public at 11:00am to register at the event for the track. Open Lapping and Roll Racing are from 11:00am to 7:00pm, with breaks for the Stunt Show and Drift Competition.
11:00AM - GATES OPEN TO THE PUBLIC + SIM RACING COMPETITION BEGINS
Gates open to Spectators/Public at 11:00am. You can purchase tickets online or in person at the gate. Spectators can park their cars in the spectator section and are able to walk around the Show and Shine Competition area, Vendor booths, and look at the cars on the track for open lapping and the drift show competition. You can still purchase tickets for all the events at the Bimmerfest Tent on the day of the event. Head over to the Racing SIM Pavilion as we will be having challenges all day long.
11:00AM - DRAG STRIP ROLL RACING
Powered by CJR Performance, the Drag Strip will be used for Roll Racing all day. This is a safer method of racing, for those unfamiliar with how Roll Racing works, visit the link here for details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UD8TgGKxZds Cash prizes of over $1,500.00 for fastest lap times recorded by Toronto Motorsports Park. We got all the slips, lets see who rules the road!
12:00PM - SHOW & SHINE COMPETITION
Participants of the Show and Shine Competition are encouraged to be at their vehicles during this time to get judged, though not required. Participants, make sure to have your competition form filled out and displayed on the dash of your vehicle for the judges to collect. We highly encourage everyone to pre-register for the Show and Shine Competition. We will ask you via email for a photo of your car and a spec sheet. This will allow us to review cars before the event, streamlining the judging process. When you arrive, you will be asked to park in a specific section according to model/year of your vehicle.
1:00PM - MOTORRAD + BIKE STUNT SHOW
Come check out the Motorrad Division sponsored by BMW Toronto, and watch the bikes on the track for 45 mins, ending with a Bike Stunt Show for your entertainment. Motorbikes can enter the Show & Shine Competition to win various trophies.
2:00PM - LIMBO COMPETITION + SOUND COMPETITION
Visit the main stage area for a free Limbo Competition and Sound Competition. Top three winners in each category go home with a trophy and bragging rights. Open for all too take part at no cost. Lets have some fun!!
3:00PM - DRIFT SHOW + STUNT SHOW
Get a good spot along the track to check out the drift show challenge as various experienced drifters in BMW's go head to head. Top three winners will go home with cash prizes, and the spectators get to witness a great show of skill on display. We end it off with an exciting stunt show for your entertainment.
4:00PM - BURNOUT COMPETITION
Head over to the Drag Strip and get a seat on the bleachers as your enjoy tires go up in smoke in the Burnout Competition! Free for anyone to take part in. Crowd chooses the top three winners which will go home with trophies and bragging rights.
5:00PM - 2-STEP COMPETITION
Bring your car over the to main stage and take part in the 2-Step Competition. Crowd chooses the winner, no cost to take part. Winner goes home with a trophy and bragging rights louder than your exhaust notes on a cold winter day.
6:00PM - ARM DROP COMPETITION
Head over to the bleachers at the Drag Strip for a classic Fast and the Furious Arm Drop Competition, with special guest Hector from the Fast And Furious Movies to start it off. Who else might show up? Only one way to find out!
7:00PM - SHOW & SHINE WINNERS ANNOUNCED
Get together at the Main Stage as we announce all the winners of the Show & Shine Competition!!
7:00PM - BEST OF SHOW ACE OF SPADES TROPHY WINNERS ANNOUNCED
Get together at the Main Stage as we present the Best of Show Ace of Spades Trophies to the three Best of Show winners! Will the open the bottles in true F1 Podium style? We hope so!!
7:30PM - RAFFLE PRIZE & CASH PRIZE WINNERS ANNOUNCED
We will wrap up the event by announcing the winners of our raffle prizes worth over $8,000.00 including BMW watches, duffle bags, backpacks, and much more!! We will also announce the winner of the $600.00 cash prize! Who wants some mod money?
8:00PM - END OF SHOW
We ask that everyone leave the event in a cordial/respectful manner. Please not speeding on public roads, keep in mind the police will be nearby. Also please respect the venue and make sure you tidy after yourselves. Thank you for taking part in Bimmerfest Canada 2024!!
