SCHEDULE
9:00AM - SHOW & SHINE ROLL-IN FOR COMPETITORS
Contestants for the Show and Shine Competition are to start rolling in at 9:00AM and will be directed to the Show & Shine Area for display. Do not be late!
For those that pre-register a week before the event, your trophy class will automatically be added to the trophy list! Dont wait until the event! Pre-register and make sure your trophy class is included!
9:30AM - OPEN LAP TRACKING AND DRAG STRIP BRIEF
Participants that have registered online for the Open Lap Tracking and Drag Strip will be allowed into the facility at 9:00am and directed to the briefing area to go over track rules. People that have not pre-registered will have to wait until the gates open to the public at 10:00am to register at the event for the track. Open Lapping is from 10:00am to 1:00pm, and then 2:00pm to 5:00pm Drag Strip is from 10:00am - 5:00pm
10:00AM - GATES OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
Gates open to Spectators/Public at 10:00am. You can purchase tickets online or in person at the gate. Spectators can park their cars int he spectator section and are able to walk around the Show and Shine Competition area, Vendor booths, and look at the cars on the track for open lapping and the drift show competition. You can still purchase tickets at the gate on the day of the event!
10:00AM - DRAG STRIP (NEW FOR 2023)
Participants of the Drag Strip are to sign in at the main tent for your wrist bands, and then proceed to the Pro Tuning Freaks tent near the bleachers. Cars on Street Tires are to line up for runs at 12:00pm and 2:00pm. Outside of those two times, cars on Slicks and Radials are to run. If there is a demand, there will be a third run at 4pm for cars on Street Tires. Helmets are mandatory for all drives and passengers. Make sure to show your time slips to the Pro Tuning Freaks tent. Top three times win trophies.
11:00AM - SHOW & SHINE COMPETITION
Participants of the Show and Shine Competition are encouraged to be at their vehicles during this time to get judged, though not required. Participants, make sure to have your competition form filled out and displayed on the dash of your vehicle for the judges to collect.
12:00PM - CHALLENGE EVENTS
Participants car partake in various challenges to win prizes including limbo contest, loudest exhaust challenge, SIM racing challenge, and more fun challenges for everyone to enjoy. Events will be announced at the DJ booth, and will happen in front of the DJ area.
1:00PM - DRIFT SHOW
Get a good spot along the track to check out the drift show challenge as various experienced drifters in BMW's go head to head. Top three winners will go home with cash prizes, and the spectators get to witness a great show of skill on display.
3:00PM - ACE OF SPADES BEST OF SHOW WINNERS ANNOUNCED
At 3:00pm the THREE "Best of Show" Winners will be placed into the main paddock display area in front of the DJ Booth. Each winner will go home with a custom Ace of Spades bottle trophy (Yes a real, sealed, Ace of Spades Bottle worth over $400 each!). Will the winners be bold enough to open them up and spray them around in celebration? Only time will tell.
4:00PM - SHOW & SHINE WINNERS ANNOUNCED
Get together at the DJ Booth as we announce all the winners of the Show and Shine Competition!!
4:30PM - RAFFLE PRIZE WINNERS ANNOUNCED
We will wrap up the event by announcing the winners of our raffle prizes worth over $5,000.00 including BMW watches, duffle bags, backpacks, and much more!!
5:00PM - END OF SHOW
We ask that everyone leave the event in a cordial/respectful manner. Please not speeding on public roads, keep in mind the police will be nearby. Also please respect the venue and make sure you tidy after yourselves.
